Am A Consumer

In this blog, I am trying to share many of my experiences with big institutions, Indian and International, Govt. and Private, Literate and Illiterate, where in each instance I did not go to the Consumer Forum, but still succeeded my War. Since many of them happened a century back (20th!) when such technology was not available, may seem to be old BW movies. But all those structure, systems, methods, patience, perseverance and diligence are still contextual.
